tips to help your practice
Eat and drink light before class. Preferably a few hours prior to attending class.
Give yourself plenty of time to arrive to class at least 10 minutes early. Keep in mind, doors will be locked when class begins. Allowing yourself time to register, use the bathroom, or change clothes so that you reap the benefits of the entire class. The first 5 minutes of class is crucial to calming your mind to prepare yourself for the task at hand!
Please turn off all electronic devices prior to coming into the studio.
Remember to leave all negative thoughts at the door. If we make our intentions, follow our breath, it may not be negative as we enter the world beyond the classroom!
If you are waiting for the earlier classes to finish before entering, please be kind and whisper as you wait. The students will be in savasana, relaxation pose, which is the reason why most come…to find complete relaxation!
