Tips n Tricks
Try not to drink or eat heavily at least 1 1/2 hours before practice.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow yourself to settle in.
For safety, security, and serenity, the doors will be locked at the time class starts.
Stay for the entirety of the class. Leaving early is not allowed. Relaxation or savasana is one of the most important postures in the class to receive the benefits of your work.
Once signing up for class, there are no refunds. No exceptions.

What should I bring?
It is helpful to have a blanket, 1 or 2 blocks, and a yoga mat. You may not need props in every class, however, they may be very supportive at times.
If you do not have a mat, there are some you may use in the studio free of charge. I highly recommend you have your own yoga tools for sanitary purposes.
