What’s Inside:
Mint, rose, hibiscus, dried orange peel

How to Sip:
Place 2 tablespoons of tea in a loose-leaf tea strainer. Add to at least 32 ounces of hot water and steep for 5 minutes.

Cool for at least 15 minutes. Add lemon and honey if desired. Enjoy hot or iced.

How to Sit:
Add ½ cup of loose-leaf tea to 2 quarts of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes.

Place under a yoni steam stool. Check the temperature before sitting to make sure it is warm, not hot. Sit comfortably over the herbal infusion and relax for 10 to 30 minutes.

Discard after use.
