Reflect & Renew – TWO SESSIONS ADDED! 🌿✨

The last Sunday of the month is an invitation to pause. Because our last gathering was so well received, we are offering two sessions on Sunday, July 26th!

Join Dawn of Yoga DiVita and Teesa of Balance Massage & Wellness for a nurturing 2-hour experience created to help you slow down, soften, and feel deeply supported as you reflect on the month that has passed and reset your intentions for the month ahead.

To provide each student with more hands-on massage support, we have restructured the experience to a maximum of 10 students per class – so space is extra limited!

Here's what's in store for you:

🧘‍♀️ Gentle Yin Yoga – Led by Dawn (E-RYT, Ayurveda Counselor, and owner/teacher of Yoga DiVita). This quiet, slow-paced practice holds postures for longer periods, allowing the body to gently open while the mind settles into stillness. Supports flexibility, relaxation, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-connection.

💆‍♀️ Light Hands-On Massage Support – While you rest in the yin postures, Teesa (licensed massage therapist at Balance Massage & Wellness) will offer light compressions using a gentle, grounding essential oil blend. This supportive touch helps you relax, soften, release tension, and feel lovingly cared for.

🌿 Essential Oil Compressions – After the yin practice, enjoy a refreshing cool or warm towel infused with a grounding essential oil blend. Unscented towels are also available for anyone who prefers a scent-free option.

🔊 Soothing Gong Bath – An immersive sound experience where you simply rest as waves of sound and vibration move through the space. These vibrations may help calm the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, ease physical tension, support emotional release, and create deep rest and inner spaciousness.

📝 Full Moon Journal Prompts – Quiet reflection and optional sharing in community.

🥤 Complimentary Refreshing Beverage – To conclude our time together.

What to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat and any props you may have, such as a blanket, pillow, bolster, or blocks. You are also welcome to bring a journal if you have one, though journal prompts will be provided.

Who is this for?

This retreat is for ANYONE who wants to slow down, feel supported, reconnect with themselves, and take a meaningful pause. No prior yoga experience is needed. Modifications will be offered throughout the practice. All levels and all bodies are welcome.
