The Conversation We Should Be Having

Let’s talk about the part of the body that somehow still manages to be surrounded by mystery, misinformation, awkwardness, and a whole lot of unanswered questions.
Yoni is a Sanskrit word traditionally connected with the womb, vulva, female reproductive anatomy, and the sacred source of life and creation. In yogic and tantric traditions, it can also represent feminine creative energy, embodiment, and our powerful relationship with our own bodies.
For this workshop, we’ll use yoni as a warm and expansive way to explore intimate wellness, including the vulva, vagina, reproductive and hormonal health, sexual wellness, body awareness, and our changing relationship with this part of ourselves throughout life.
No shame. No whispering. No pretending we don’t have questions.
Yoni Talk is a two-hour, supportive, down-to-earth workshop designed to help us better understand what may be happening in our bodies and how some everyday habits may affect intimate comfort and wellness.
Dryness? Irritation? Changes in odor or discharge? Sensitivity? Changes in desire? Feeling disconnected from your body? Wondering what is normal, what may be related to hormones, or whether something in your daily routine could be making things more uncomfortable?
These are the conversations we should be having.
Together, we’ll explore different symptoms, with space to consider what our bodies may be communicating and how simple lifestyle changes may support greater comfort.
We’ll also talk about how intimate wellness can shift during different seasons of life, including PMS, fertility, perimenopause, menopause, hormonal changes, and changes in libido.
The conversation will blend practical wellness education with body awareness, self-care, and a little ancient wisdom. We’ll explore herbs and teas, supportive rituals, nourishing practices, and ways to reconnect with the body with more curiosity and less judgment.
And yes, we can talk about the awkward stuff too.
You do not need to be experiencing a problem to attend. You do not need to know anything about yoga, Ayurveda, hormones, or anatomy. You simply need to be curious about your body and open to learning.
Come with questions. Come with curiosity. Come exactly as you are.
Our intention is to create a space that feels safe, educational, playful, and real, where we can learn together without embarrassment or expectation.
Every participant will receive a special gift and have the opportunity to sample supportive herbal teas during our time together.
