Ingredients:

Toasted coriander, turmeric, toasted cumin, ginger, cinnamon, clove, and black pepper.

How to use:

• Add ¼–½ tsp to soups, stews, roasted vegetables, or dal.

• Sprinkle over eggs, grains, or avocado toast.

• Stir into warm water or tea with lemon 10 minutes before meals.

• Use as a dry rub for meats or roasted chickpeas.
