Ingredients:
Toasted fennel, toasted coriander, toasted cumin, cardamom, mint, ginger, licorice.
How to use:
• Add ¼ tsp to cooling soups, rice dishes, or yogurt-based sauces.
• Sprinkle over steamed vegetables, salads, or grain bowls.
• Stir into warm (not boiling) water or coconut milk as a soothing tea before meals.
• Blend into smoothies or mix with ghee as a post-meal digestive. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
