Warm, lightly sweet, earthy, and deeply aromatic, with cardamom and fennel sweetness up front, a savory hint of asafetida and salt, ginger and black pepper warmth, and a smooth licorice-turmeric finish.

Helps support:

Pacifies Vata dosha, especially coldness, dryness, irregular digestion, anxiety, restlessness, and bloating. Supports grounding, healthy elimination, nutrient absorption, and nervous system calm.

Ingredients:

Toasted cumin, toasted coriander, cardamom, licorice, ginger, turmeric, asafetida, Himalayan pink salt, toasted fennel, black pepper, raw sugar.

How to use:

• Add ½ tsp to warm, cooked foods like kitchari, soups, stews, or root vegetables.

• Stir into warm milk or oat milk with a drizzle of ghee before bed.

• Sprinkle over roasted squash, sweet potatoes, or rice dishes.

• Use as a finishing salt on eggs, grains, or avocado.
